April Wellness Event
Embrace your inner light and treat yourself to a night of self-love, self-care, and relaxation. Join us for a monthly wellness retreat that helps you cleanse and recharge while setting positive intentions for the month to come.
Each wellness retreat will include meditation, creativity, energy balancing, intention setting, and gentle movement. Light refreshments will also be offered.
Taking place at the end of each month, the wellness retreats will focus on individual themes that reflect the incoming month’s energies (please see below).
April 30th: Transformation and Letting Go
May 31st: Prosperity and Love
June 28th: Regeneration and Connection
July 31st: Strength and Resilience
August 30th: Abundance and Gratitude
September 27th: Balance and Completion
October 31st: Grounding and Preparation
November 29th: Stillness and Closure
December 31st: Reconnecting and Personal Power
Each event is limited to 10 people per event (this may change based on attendance and interest). The price is $20 per person per event. Payment is due at the time of registration.
It is encouraged to bring a journal with you for the intention setting portion. If you don’t have a journal you can purchase one for a small additional fee paid directly to Niko of Natural Wild Heart.
