Have a DIY project in mind but not sure where to begin or even how to begin? With the support of Life Redone by Melissa you can get your project done. She will help you by teaching you different techniques to get that project looking just like you dreamed it would.
Bring your own clean, prepped and sanded project. Paints and finishes are available to purchase. Melissa has a large variety of Dixie Belle Paints to help complete any project, along with different items to decoupage, and add to your project.
The cost is $15, which goes towards that extra helping hand in getting your project done.

Teen Tie Dye Art Class
Explore what happens when you add rubbing alcohol to your sharpie drawing. Bringing your artwork to a whole new level, creating a tie dye effect. Each participant will create their own piece on a 8×10 flat canvas, using sharpie markers to draw with and then adding the rubbing alcohol to transform their pieces.

Pastel Play With Pam (Session 1)
Ever wondered about painting with soft pastels but know nothing about them? Pam Sorensen will present a 2-session introduction to this versatile art medium. You will play with hard, soft, stick and pan pastels (note: Oil pastels are not part of this class) and different papers and surfaces. We will talk about safety and suggested products to buy if you want to explore pastel painting further in a 5-week course this summer, or on your own. For these 2 sessions supplies will be provided, but please bring an apron or shirt to cover your clothes, and nitrile/exam gloves (if you have those). I will have some available. Feel free to bring any pastel supplies you may already have.
